Work Out List

Pat and I are heading to the mountains this weekend, but unlike usual no sleeping bags or coolers this time. We are staying at The Zermatt Resort and Spa and I have a facial at 9am on Saturday morning. His work is treating in honor of finishing the I-15 project. There are plans for festivities all weekend. I on the other hand am in not so festive mood. Last weekend Pat went to the Salt Lake Running Company and got a fancy pair of running shows that quoting him "act like little springs" I don't have any springs in my shoes, nor a good mix to listen to. The problem with that is I usually end up hating every song I run to by association. My ideas so far

Quickie

Pat and I got tickets to go to Poland. We fly into Munich on Oct 16 and fly out Oct 25. Pat bought Polish lessons he can listen to on his way to work. A bit of Polish language trivia the Polish word for titties is titt-ski (tsist-ski), if only the rest of it was that easy.

I dropped the pooch off at doggy day care today, she didn't even kiss me good bye. She was to busy checking to see if there were cute boy dogs there to wrestle with. She has zero problems making friends, the kind that lick her private parts for her.

I'd like to say that I've been busy eating healthy all week and working out, so that I'll look my best in Indiana this weekend, not the case. The new couch, well let's just say it sucks you in and then shackles your ankles to it so you just can't get up. It a miracle that I've even been making it to work by 9am. Yeah, late I know, and its not because I'm riding my bike, nope I decided to save gas money by not driving to Memory Grove (whole 5 blocks) where I run and exercise with Daisy.

My dress still fits. Thats it, very Jackie O, I know. I think Jackie O is very good for meeting the parents. I also have very comfortable in relation to cuteness shoes. It's only suppose to be 78 on Saturday so I might possibley even try to wear the hair down.
