I so didn't want to go, but theboyfriend said the only way I get to watch "The Bachelor" is at the gym. I figured skinny chicks are as good motivation as fatties on "The Biggest Loser". The gym was packed, thats what you get when you only pay $10 a month. I scared away a kid who had the tread mill in front of the TV that was showing "The Bachelor" and I started running as the first limo pulled up. It made running very easy and entertaining. My favorite is Elizabeth from Nebraska. I think she has the highest pretty to personality ratio.
In reality this is the first year that I don't have the resolution to loose weight. Which makes me very happy. I wasn't so strict with the eating over the holiday breaks but it wasn't anything that couldn't be fixed in the 4 days since the New Years. Theboyfriend and I were talking and we just eat very healthy. Our favorite meal right now, is any white fish (Tilapia and Mahi Mahi are favorites) with mango salsa broiled in the oven, couscous, and steamed veggies. Delicious and quick and all ingredients available at Costco.
